Last week we summed up some very important points from the last 5 lessons. So far we have learned from lesson 1 how to take control of our body, lesson 2 how to take control of our thoughts, lesson 3 how to let go physically & relax, lesson 4 how to let go and become mentally free, and lesson 5 taught us how to begin to visualize, imagine and create a mental picture of our desired circumstances. These are all very foundational exercises necessary to master so we can successfully move forward…
For me there is only Master of the Universe and that is God and He is my strength…but the principles contained in this book, just like the law of gravity, do work.
I personally used this book after illness and several surgeries to help me regain my ability to focus so I could visualize myself well again. And today thank God I am Well.
These lessons truly helped me and it is my hope that they will help you to be able to focus and visualize the good things you wish to bring into your life.
